Waste is not
the end.
It's the beginning.
Renewing waste for clean energy. Our proposed New Delhi initiative aims to transform segregated organic waste into renewable biogas and organic fertilizers.

Recover resources. Restore possibilities.
- PROPOSED CBG OUTPUT
- 3.5 TPD
Target production capacity*
- INDICATIVE SITE REQUIREMENT
- 4 acres
Proposed concept*
- FEEDSTOCK COLLECTION PLAN
- 15 km
Intended radius*
What we throw away can help something grow.
Organic waste holds untapped value. Our proposed approach brings together responsible waste collection, renewable energy production, and soil-friendly organic fertilizers — keeping resources in productive use for longer.

A smarter journey from waste to worth.
Two useful outputs from one proposed resource-recovery system: upgraded biomethane and organic fertilizer.
- 01 / COLLECTION
Gather organic waste
Segregated kitchen waste, fruit and vegetable scraps, and cattle manure collected within a 15 km radius.
- 02 / PREPARATION
Prepare the feedstock
Second-stage manual & metal detection segregation, shredding, and vertical agitator blending to maintain the C:N ratio.
- 03 / DIGESTION
Recover biogas
Biological digestion across two mesophilic digesters (22 m diameter × 9 m cylindrical height; ~3,421 m³ gross volume each).
- 04 / RESOURCE RECOVERY
Create usable outputs
Upgraded biomethane for pipeline injection and SLS dewatered digestate processed into solid and liquid organic fertilizers.
Simplified conceptual workflow; final facility configuration and engineering specifications subject to detailed design and statutory approvals.
Rooted in New Delhi. Built for a cleaner future.
Planned for Ghitorni, New Delhi, the proposed compressed biogas facility aims to transform segregated organic waste into renewable gas while recovering valuable organic manure from digestate.
